Training camp in Voka

The training camp will take place in Voka (address Metsa 2, Voka, 41701 Ida-Viru maakond)

Take with you (pillowcase, sheet, duvet cover). Money for the camp can be brought to the beginning of the camp

A big request is not to give food with you (we are going to train, not to a picnic), they are fed normally, and money, in principle, is also not needed there. Take a bottle of water with you so you can drink in it. Do not forget swimming trunks and swimsuits (we will often swim) and training uniform (running shoes, lapdogs, etc. (if it rains, training will be on the field)

You can come at any time, but please, if you arrive and training is in progress, wait until the end. And please don't bring food.

11:00 - 12:30 sports training

13:30 - 14:00 lunch

14:30 - 16:30 competitions, walks, swimming

17:00 - 18:30 sports training

19:00 - 19:30 dinner

19:30 - 20:00 free time (we give phones)

21:30 - 22:00 getting ready for bed
