Friendly matches Sillamäe JK DINA vs. Phoenix Jõhvi: emotions, struggle and development

Last Sunday was a real football holiday for the young players of Sillamäe JK DINA and Phoenix Jõhvi. Friendly matches between the teams of the 2018-2019 and 2016-2017 age categories were held at the home arena of Sillamäe.

The first teams to enter the field were the 2018-2019 teams. Jerjomin Nikita, Borotõnskaja Anna, Tumanovits Artur, Yuskov Artjom, Filippov Timofei, Fomin Lev, Kaev Harry, Konev Damir, Donat Privalov played for the team. From the very beginning of the match, the young footballers showed a fighting spirit, trying to implement the coach's instructions and prove themselves in every part of the field. The game was dynamic, with many sharp moments and beautiful combinations. Both teams demonstrated good technical preparation and a desire to win, which made the match interesting for both the players and the fans.

Then the older guys (born in 2016-2017) took up the baton. The team included Pavljutsenko Artur, Maslenikov Maksim, Toffert Ivan, Toffert Matvei, Turets Platon, Privalov Donat, Odintsov Mark, Kaev Alan. Their match was characterized by a high pace and serious tactical struggle. Players from both teams tried to control the ball, create dangerous moments near the opponent's goal and play reliably in defense. It was a great chance to test their strength and understand what aspects of the game still need to be worked on.

Friendly matches are an important part of the development of young football players. They allow not only to test the level of training, but also to gain invaluable game experience in a competitive atmosphere. Such meetings help the guys become more confident in their abilities, better understand the game and instill team spirit.
