The team played another away fixture in Tartu. This time the result didn’t go our way, but the performance was mature and disciplined. The match was also streamed live.

S. U-18 Ida-Viru DINA JK Noova continues its campaign in the U18 Futsal Elite League, and this week we played away in Tartu. The scoreline wasn’t in our favour, but these matches are an essential part of a young player’s — and a team’s — growth.

Away games are always tougher: a different hall, a home crowd, and the pressure of tempo and emotions. The boys handled the challenge well. Even in difficult moments, we didn’t fall apart — we kept our structure and tried to play our futsal: movement, quick decisions, and the courage to control the ball.

It also mattered that the match was available live — that adds responsibility and extra pressure, and the team managed it in a mature way. We don’t play only “for the result” — we play for development. Today we gained another lesson: how to operate under pressure, how to improve finishing, and how to stay focused against a strong opponent on the road.

We can clearly see what we need to improve — finishing, concentration in certain moments, and the quality of decisions under pressure. But the most important thing is that the players want to work and progress. We’ll take the lessons and move forward.”
