Our coaches Karin Konstantin and Mark Orikov attended an EFA course
Sillamäe JK DINA coaches Karin Konstantin and Mark Orikov took part in an
Estonian Football Association course focused on microcycle planning and adapting the training week to the opponent.
The course covered practical points: how to set a clear weekly objective, where to increase training load, when to focus on recovery, and how to adjust exercises so the team is best prepared for a specific match.
“It was a very useful course — I got a clearer structure for building a microcycle and making small but precise adjustments
based on the opponent. Plenty of ideas we can apply immediately in our training sessions.”
“I liked how practical it was and how closely it related to real games. A microcycle is not just a weekly plan —
it’s a tool to prepare better for a match. We will definitely bring these ideas into our daily work.”
Continuous education helps us keep training quality high and support our players’ development even more effectively.
