On March 25, Sillamäe JK DINA 2012–13 played a friendly match in Kohtla-Järve against
JK Noova Ida-Virumaa. Friendly games like this are a key part of our preseason work:

All our matches are recorded on video. After the game, we create a highlight reel of goals and key chances,
and then the coaches analyse the footage: decision-making, off-the-ball movement, teamwork, and areas to improve.
This approach helps players understand the game faster and develop step by step — systematically and professionally.
