Sillamäe JK DINA 2012–13 played a friendly match against Kalev Sillamäe.
This preseason game was a great opportunity to assess the players’ current level of preparation:
intensity, discipline, decision-making quality, and team cooperation.
The most important part was that the boys tried to follow our playing principles: quick reactions in each situation,
supporting teammates, playing with courage on the ball, and communicating well. Matches like this give the coaches a clear
picture of what is already working confidently and what needs fine-tuning before the season starts.

Coaches’ comments
Nikolai Toštšev:
“Preseason games help us see the team in real match tempo: discipline, intensity, and decisions under pressure. I liked that the boys tried to play bravely and as a team, supported each other, and stayed switched on in every situation. It’s a good sign — we keep working and improving step by step.”
Konstantin Karin:
“We got exactly what we wanted: a chance to assess our preparation and see the details we need to improve. There were many good actions — movement, communication, and the desire to play football. These matches accelerate development: we understand where to add speed, where to be more precise, and how to improve our understanding as a team.”
Thank you to Kalev Sillamäe for the match! It was a valuable and high-quality test for our players.
Preparation continues — step by step towards the season. ⚽
