On April 7, Sillamäe JK DINA players — Kochemba Kirill, Kochemba Artjom, Koshelev Leonid, Volodin Danila —
took part in Talenditreening in Tartu. Players from various clubs across Estonia were invited, and for our boys it was a great
opportunity to test themselves in a new environment and gain valuable experience.
The participants were split into teams and played friendly matches against each other. This format develops key qualities:
fast decision-making, adapting to different playing styles, communication with new teammates, and confidence in duels.
Coach’s comment
Toštšev Nikolai:
“Talenditreening sessions are a very useful experience. The boys step out of their usual environment, play with strong players from different clubs, and learn to adapt quicker and make decisions at a different tempo. I’m happy with their attitude: they worked with discipline, were brave, tried to show their best qualities, and helped their team. It’s an important step in development — we keep moving forward.”
