Payments & Discipline at DINA: why rules matter and how it works
We understand: parents want everything to be fair, clear and without surprises.
Payments and discipline are not “formalities” — they are a system that helps the club run steadily and keeps training organised and safe.

Rules
1) Why the club has rules
A football group is a team and a learning process. To keep training high-quality, we follow simple agreements:
the coach plans training sessions and workload
the club provides pitches/halls, equipment and organisation
children learn discipline, respect and responsibility
parents understand what’s happening and what to expect
Rules are about comfort for everyone: children, parents and coaches.
2) Payments: what they are for
Youth football is more than a single session. Fees usually cover:
pitch/hall rental
equipment (balls, cones, ladders, etc.)
coaches’ work
organisation of matches/tournaments and paperwork
basic admin and logistics
Why fees are not “per training”:
the coach still runs the session • rental is paid • the child’s place in the group is reserved • the season plan continues.
So the fee is for participation in the training system, not for “one attendance”.
3) How payment usually works
For convenience, payment is usually made by periods (for example, monthly or quarterly). That’s easier to plan — for both families and the club.
If you are unsure about deadlines or amounts, please message the coach/administrator in advance. We always try to solve issues calmly and reasonably.
5) Discipline: what we teach and why
Football is not only technique — it’s also athlete habits: punctuality, listening skills, respect, focus and responsibility.
These skills help children on the pitch, at school and in life.
6) Basic behaviour rules
-
1
For the child: arrive on time (ideally 10 minutes early), listen to the coach and follow tasks, respect teammates, do not disturb others, take care of equipment.
-
2
For parents: support your child without pressure about results, do not interfere in the coaching process, discuss questions calmly — preferably after training and in person.
7) If your family has difficulties with payment
This happens — the main thing is not to stay silent. The best option is to message in advance, explain the situation,
and find a solution together (deadline change / payment option). Our priority is that children keep training.
8) If a child misses training
If the absence is for a valid reason (illness, family matters), please inform the coach in advance or on the same day.
This helps us plan the session, manage workload and be sure everything is ok.
Summary: payments and discipline rules are not “for show” — they keep training stable,
help coaches work well, support children’s development in a safe environment, and ensure clarity for parents.
